都是“胃”了你,新年之后这样吃

饮食不规律最伤胃。我们很多人在佳节期间都是吃得饱饱的、撑着肚皮过的,亲友相聚时随时都在吃喝,造成肠胃需要“超时工作“ 才能消化大量的积食,从而引起胃肠功能失调。另外,年菜选用的食材和烹调方式都偏油腻,一天两顿下造成消化道沉重的压力肠胃不能及时消化;若再加上食物烹调或储存不当,食用了受污染或不新鲜的食材,更很可能引发急性胃肠炎,出现腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等症状。所以,新年过了,让我们一起收心养性,帮助我们的肠胃排排毒!

新年之后应该这样吃:

新年后多吃清淡的食物,少吃刺激性食物及油腻食物。如果允许的话,新年过后最好吃素至少3至7天,让肠胃休息。所谓的吃素并非吃素料,而是要以高纤维、粗杂粮、五色食物及蔬果饮食为主。这样的饮食可以帮助把多余的胆固醇排出,自然而然就能解决很多新年期间累积的肠胃问题:

1.高纤维、粗杂粮

我们平常所说的粗杂粮其实是个“大家庭”,有糙米、小米、玉蜀黍、荞麦、大麦、燕麦、红米、黑豆、红豆、绿豆、薏仁等等。由于富含各种微量元素以及维生素,杂粮的营养价值比精制的面粉、大米更高,多数杂粮还有非常高的膳食纤维,可增加饱腹感,不但减少高热量食物的摄取量而且可以促进胃肠蠕动,帮助肠胃排毒、防止便秘。

2.五色食物、蔬果饮食

每天坚持吃到五种颜色的食材为目标,这样就能确保我们有多样化且均衡的饮食。要调整节日里失衡的消化功能,水果也是相当有效的。橙和木瓜就能很好地调整消化机能,吃适量的番石榴也能有效控制腹泻,而苹果带皮吃同样也有止泻作用。多吃蔬菜也能确保我们摄取膳食纤维和多种营养物质,例如说生菜能加强蛋白质和脂肪的消化与吸收、改善胃的血液循环。

3.多喝开水

提醒自己多喝水,尤其是多喝白开水,这样可以加快胃肠道的新陈代谢。如果觉得开水没有味道,可以切一些水果放在水里,做成水果风味水(infused water),让喝水也能变得有趣哦!
