VPlus: Mochi

Ingredients:

  • 150g GoodMorning VPlus
  • 1/2 piece soft tofu
  • 75g glutinous rice flour
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 1 bar chocolate

Method:

  1. Mix GoodMorning VPlus with water according to instructions.
  2. Pour the GoodMorning VPlus drink into ice cube trays, and place it in the freezer.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the soft tofu, glutinous rice flour, GoodMorning VPlus, and some water until it forms a dough.
  4. Split the dough into pieces, and using the smaller doughs, flatten the dough and place the GoodMorning VPlus ice cube and a portion of chocolate (of your liking) on the dough and use the dough to wrap it up to form a ball.
  5. Cover the VPlus mochi with GoodMorning VPlus powder.
  6. Place the VPlus mochi in a steamer, and steam for 8 minutes.
  7. Take out the VPlus mochi from the steamer and sprinkle more GoodMorning VPlus powder.
  8. You now have VPlus mochi! Serve with fruits of your liking.
