I.Statement. GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd, has established this Policy in order to provide a consistent way for Customers to handle product exchange and return in a safe and efficient manner. This applies to GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd and any designated GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd affiliate.
II.Saleable Products. GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd reserve the right not to accept any exchange or return for Saleable Products after delivery to Customer.
III. Delivery and Handling of Products.
GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd will arrange for Products to be delivered to Customer. Customer should visually inspect Products at the time of delivery for obvious defects and refuse acceptance of such delivery.
GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd will not accept exchange or returns for any Product that is damaged after delivery by GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd to Customer. Customer should use reasonable care in handling, storing, transporting Products. GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE INFLICTED IN THE COURSE OF OPENING SHIPPING PALLETS, SHIPPERS OR PACKAGES.
Customer is responsible for stock rotation and inventory maintenance to avoid Expired/Short- Dated Product. In certain instances, GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd recognizes that optimal variety for the consumer can result in some slower moving items that carry a higher risk of resulting in Expired/Short-Dated Product.
Customer should sign Proof of Delivery (POD) providing item and quantity of shortage and/or damage with carrier signature at the time of delivery. If completed, no further notification or action is required.
In the event that this action does not take place, Customer must notify GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd within three (3) business days by one of the two methods listed below. Failure to comply will result in denial of Customer’s request.-
Customer should contact the assigned GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd Customer Service Representative by email or phone, providing item and quantity of shortage and/or damage.
If the assigned Customer Service Representative is unknown, Customer may contact GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd Customer Service Department at 88289918, providing item and quantity of shortage and/or damage.
Customer is responsible for any claims against the carrier for losses, shortages, or other claims regarding shipment of the Products, but GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd may agree to process such claims on behalf of Customer.
Customer must raise within two (2) weeks from date of invoice for all exchanges and return disputes regarding payments, pricing and/or credits (except that all claims for shortage and/or damage shall be made within three (3) business days as specified above).
IV. Unsaleable Product Disposition.
GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to validate and authorize all Unsaleable Product exchanges and returns. GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd will not credit Customer for any Products that it received at no charge according to GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd’s records.
In order to approve an Unsaleable Product exchange and return, Customer must provide detailed documentation to GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd indicating Product’s universal product code(UPC) and Proof of Delivery (POD).
“Customer” means an entity that purchases Products directly from GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd.
“Damag(ed)” means Products whose packaging or contents have sustained damage that may compromise the Product quality or safety at the time of delivery by GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd to the Customer.
“Expired” means Products that have expired the indicated expiry date.
“Short-Dated” means Products that less than six (6) months from the indicated expiry date.
“Products” means Products available for sale into Singapore as listed on www.goodmorning.com.sg. GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd does not accept exchanges or returns for any private label products, and any such products are not subject to this Policy.
“Saleable” means Products that are within-date and have the potential to be resold.
“Shortage” means that the quantity actually delivered from GoodMorning Global Pte Ltd to Customer was less than the quantity listed on the invoice.
“Unsaleable” means Products that should not be resold, and which may be Damaged or Expired/Short Dated.
