Responsibilities :
1. Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance and repair activities of buildings, equipment, and systems including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and structural components.
2. Develop company’s asset listing (machinery & equipment), monitor and manage the assets accordingly.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
4. Assist in developing and managing the department budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking spending, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with all PBT permit & licensing, safety regulations and building codes, conducting regular inspections and addressing any safety hazards or violations promptly.
7. Respond to maintenance emergencies and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruption to operations.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, work orders, and service contracts. Generate reports as needed for management review.
9. Lead the company Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Committee.
10. Others task to be assigned by his/her superior or his/ her designate.

Education, Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
3. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and compliance requirements.
