十八穀糧奶油虾 Cream Shrimp

材料
1. 老虎虾 – 6只
2. 蒜米剁碎 – 1汤匙
3. 小洋葱剁碎 – 1汤匙
4. 青红灯笼椒切碎 – 1小碗
5. 植物油 – 250克
6. GoodMorning VPlus 18穀糧 – 2汤匙
7. 鲜奶 – 250克
8. 玉蜀黍粉 – 20克
9. 牛油 – 20克
10. 咖哩叶 – 2克

做法:
1. 把虾粘上玉蜀黍粉
2. 倒入植物油
3. 加入老虎虾,把虾煎至金黄色
4. 捞起备用
5. 加入牛油,蒜米
6. 加入洋葱,炒至软身
7. 加入咖哩叶爆香
8. 加入灯笼椒炒2分钟,炒至微软盛出
9. 倒入鲜奶,加入GoodMorning VPlus 18穀糧
10. 将煎好的虾回锅,滚煮5分钟
11. 收汁盛出,最后倒入配料

Ingredients :
1. Tiger shrimp – 6
2. Garlic chopped – 1 tablespoon
3. Onion chopped – 1 tablespoon
4. Green & red lantern pepper chopped – 1 small bowl
5. Vegetable oil – 250gm
6. GoodMorning VPlus18 Grains – 2 tablespoon
7. Fresh milk – 250g
8. Cornflour – 20gm
9. Butter – 20gm
10. Curry leaves – 2gm

Methods:
1. Cover the shrimp with corn flour.
2. Pour vegetable oil in pot.
3. Add in the prepared shrimp and fry until golden-yellow.
4. Remove the shrimp from the heat and set aside.
5. Add butter and garlic.
6. Add onion and fry until tender.
7. Add curry leaves and saute until fragrant.
8. Add in lantern pepper and fry for 2 minutes until tender and fragrant.
9. Pour fresh milk into a pot and add in Good Morning VPlus 18 Grains.
10. Add the fried shrimps to the pot and boil for 5 minutes.
11. Cook till dry and finally pour in any dressings.
