They often complain about the lack of time and energy to exercise, and often look back at their teenage body. Is there a way to stay healthy yet maintain your full-time job? Here are 6 tips for you!<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Remove snacks from your desk<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3215 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/goodmorning.com.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/chips-643__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"299\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.goodmorning.com.my\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/chips-643__340.jpg 453w, https:\/\/www.goodmorning.com.my\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/chips-643__340-320x240.jpg 320w, https:\/\/www.goodmorning.com.my\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/chips-643__340-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 299px) 100vw, 299px\" \/><br \/>\nJust like the saying goes, out of sight, out of mind! If you remove these snacks from your desk, you probably won\u2019t be tempted or reminded to eat them. Instead, pack some fruits (or get them at the fruit shop) and those can be your afternoon snacks when you\u2019re feeling munch-y.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\"><strong>2. Drink enough water!<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3216 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/goodmorning.com.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/aqua-3445987__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"299\" height=\"213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.goodmorning.com.my\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/aqua-3445987__340.jpg 478w, https:\/\/www.goodmorning.com.my\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/aqua-3445987__340-320x228.jpg 320w, https:\/\/www.goodmorning.com.my\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/aqua-3445987__340-400x285.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 299px) 100vw, 299px\" \/><br \/>\nIf you typically don\u2019t remember to hydrate, there are plenty of water bottles with time stamps on them reminding you to drink water. Typically, a female should be drinking 8 glasses of water, while males 11 glasses. You can also set alarms on your phone\/computer to remind yourself to refill your water bottle. Another tip is to bring a huge bottle (1.5L) with you, and make sure you finish it!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>3. Instead of taking the car to your lunch destination, if it is near enough, you can opt to walk to lunch instead! However, if you don\u2019t have the time to spare, you can always go for a morning\/evening stroll, or even taking the stairs whenever possible as opposed to the lifts or escalators. Little changes such as these will accumulate!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>4. Sitting upright prevents back pains as well as stiffness at the shoulders. Get a comfortable chair, or make it a habit to change in 2019!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>5. To prevent your eyes from straining, keep the screen at least 1 arm&#8217;s length away from you. If you find yourself having a hard time looking at the words on the screen, increase the font size of the words<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\"><strong><br \/>\n6.
