(Hint: GoodMorning beverages make an excellent choice! They are easy to make, and give you the lasting energy you need!) Always remember to warm up &amp; cool down, stop if you\u2019re feeling discomfort, and consult your doctor if needed!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Not all forms of physical activity require a gym membership! Here are 8 easy exercises you can do at home (with minimal equipment needed): <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1. Stair climbing<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Description: walking up and down the stairs<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This can be easily done any time and anywhere.
