It can reduce obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">To reduce skipping breakfast, it is important to cultivate good breakfast habits. (This means that just eating donuts for breakfast isn\u2019t that healthy\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re still having trouble making a quick and nutritious breakfast, here is a recipe to try:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A Cereal Killer Breakfast<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; your favourite cereal (for a more nutritious breakfast, choose a whole grain!)<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 scoops of your favourite GoodMorning drink (VGrains, VPlus)<br \/>\n&#8211; 300ml of water<br \/>\n&#8211; Fruits<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nA. In a bowl, add 3 scoops of your favourite GoodMorning drink.<br \/>\nB. Add 100ml of room temperature water, and mix until the powder has dissolved and it turns into a paste.<br \/>\nC. Add 200ml of hot\/cold water (to your preference).<br \/>\nD. Add in your cereal, and top your fruits!<br \/>\nE.
