Sundae with Energy Granola

Ingredients :
1. GoodMorning Vplus 18 Grains – 40g
2. Oatmeal – 200g
3. Honey – 50g
4. Maple Syrup – 50g
5. Macadamia – 20g
6. Raisin – 15g
7. Pumpkin Seed – 15g
8. Almond – 10g
9. Sunflower Seed – 10g
10. Cranberry – 15g
11. Flaxseed – 10g

 

Methods (Granola) :
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Spread onto baking Sheet
3. Place into oven heat 180 °C for 15 min
4. Cool Down the granola and set aside
*This can be served as breakfast*

 

Ingredients A:
1. GoodMorning VPlus 18 Grains – 4 tbsp
2. Sugar – 40g
3. Hot Water – 100ml
Mix together until smooth

 

Ingredients B:
1. Organic Soy Milk – 400ml
Add into mixture above

 

Methods (Sundae) :
# Make sorbet without ice cream maker
1. Standby 1 big & 1 small ziplock bags
2. Fill half of the Big Bag with crushed ice and rock salt
3. Pour the sorbet mixture into the small bag
4. Insert small bag into big bag
5. Make sure both bags are well sealed
6. Start Shaking! Please wear gloves to protect hands from freezing.
7. Shake for about 10 minute and instant sorbet is ready (it’s a good exercise)

 

Assemble the sundae in layers :
1. Energy Granola
2. Sliced Strawberries
3. Blueberries
4. Yoghurt
5. More strawberries
6. More blueberries
7. Last top the sundae with the Soy Grain sorbet[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
