- 4 scoops Vplus
- 15g butter
- Moderate amount of water
- Icing sugar (optional)
Skin Wrap (B)
- 50g rice glutinous flour
- Moderate amount of hot water
V18 Drink (C)
- 3 scoops V18
- Moderate amount of warm water
- Mix (A) together until thicken. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Mix (B) until dough is formed and not sticky.
- Mold the VPlus filling into a round shape and wrap into the skin.
- Boil water. After the water is boiled throw in Tang Yuan and wait for them to float.
- Prep V18 drink (C) as the soup. *You may eat the tang yuan with any toppings/ soup you prefer.
