Bursting Vplus Tangyuan (From Aunty MeMe)

Filling (A)

  • 4 scoops Vplus 
  • 15g butter
  • Moderate amount of water
  • Icing sugar (optional)

Skin Wrap (B)

  • 50g rice glutinous flour
  • Moderate amount of hot water

V18 Drink (C)

  • 3 scoops V18
  • Moderate amount of warm water 


  1. Mix (A) together until thicken. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix (B) until dough is formed and not sticky.
  3. Mold the VPlus filling into a round shape and wrap into the skin.
  4. Boil water. After the water is boiled throw in Tang Yuan and wait for them to float.
  5. Prep V18 drink (C) as the soup. *You may eat the tang yuan with any toppings/ soup you prefer.
