VHalia Ladyfinger Biscuit

Ingredients:

200g All purpose flour

80g butter

80g sugar

50 g VHalia

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

 

Methods:

  1. Mix butter sugar and eggs in a container. Then stir until uniform.
  2. Then add flour VHalia powder and baking powder. Stir until forming a dough.
  3. Then let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm arrange it on baking paper and cut into a radius.
  5. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
  6. Once cool down you can enjoy the biscuits.
