Aromatic delicious butter grains prawn can be cook at home with this simple recipe. 30g Vplus 18 Grains 300g fresh prawn 20 pcs curry leaves 2 chilies 2 eggs 1 salted egg yolk 4 tbsp butter adequate honey some cheese lemon juice diced garlic salt pepper basil flakes


  1. Pan fry the prawn with 1 tbsp of butter and garlic until half cooked. Set aside.
  2. Combine eggs 1 tbsp of butter salt salted egg yolk pepper basil flakes cheese lemon juice Vplus 18 Grains and honey in a bowl.
  3. Saute the curry leaves and chilies with butter until aromatic and quick fry with the mixture of the eggs.
  4. Stir in prawn and ready to serve.
