VHalia Grilled Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are adaptable to a variety of marinades or seasoning mixes. Grilled chicken wing is a delicious authentic snack often served as appetizers. It would be more reliable and healthy with your own DIY recipe because grilled chicken wings may contain excessive seasoning and carcinogenic. Grilling a batch of steaming hot chicken wings at home might be the dinner project for you.

Ingredients:
30g VHalia 18 Grains 8 pcs chicken wings 1 tbsp Toona sinensis sauce 1 tbsp curry powder adequate lemon juice 1 egg 1 tbsp honey some pepper salt basil flakes

 

Sauce:
Adequate VHalia 18 Grains low-fat yogurt

 

Method:

  1. Wash and clean chicken wings.
  2. Combine egg VHalia 18 Grains and all other ingredients.
  3. Marinate chicken wings with the sauce wrap up with aluminum foil and place in fridge for 2-3 hours. Bake the marinated chicken wings for 30 minutes in preheated 160°C oven.
  4. Serve with low-fat yogurt and VHalia 18 Grains as sauce.
