Pandan 2 叶
姜 200g
水 1200ml / 80ml 2 份
做法:
把糯米粉加入
GSure
,
白糖 10g,倒入 80ml 水,揉成面团。
把面团揉成汤圆,准备一锅
滚水,倒入汤圆搅拌 1 分钟至汤圆浮起捞起。
准备一锅冷水,放入汤圆冷却,口感会更 Q 弹。
准备一锅 1200ml 水,
放入姜,Pandan 叶,水滚了后放入 100g 黄糖
(可根据个人喜欢甜度调整)搅拌,最后倒入冷却的汤圆煮 30 秒即可。
