40g Vplus 18 Grains 2 potatoes 2 clove garlic 8 button fresh mushroom few stalks of asparagus (cooked) 600ml hot water
Some cheese salt pepper basil flakes sesame oil
- Blend mushroom into puree.
- Continue to blend into puree by adding steamed potatoes and garlic Vplus 18 Grains all other seasonings and hot water.
- Pour the soup in a bowl and serve with some Vplus 18 Grains and asparagus.
