Green Onion Scones

INGREDIENTS

  1. Good Morning VGrains 18 Grains – 60g or 8 tsp
  2. Butter –  70g
  3. Icing sugar – 30g
  4. Salt – 3g
  5. Flour – 280g
  6. Baking powder – 20g
  7. Egg – 20g
  8. Cream – 60g
  9. Milk – 50g
  10. Grated cheddar cheese – 100g
  11. Spring onion –  50g

Methods:

  1. Rub in method.
  2. Add all dry ingredients follow by liquid ingredients.
  3. Mix well then refrigerated for 30 mins.
  4. Cut and then brush with egg-wash.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake the scones in over at 180°C for 15-20mins.
