  • Don’t touch or breathe in toxins. Try to wear protecting clothing wear goggles or masks when handling chemical substances (Chemical toxin may enter into your body through skin oringestion)
  • Learn to prevent viral hepatitis (Example: get vaccination limit number of sex partner or wash hand frequently)
