Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
1. 250g Cream Cheese
2. 20g Sugar
3. 2 big spoon GoodMorning VPlus 18 Grains
4. 15g Cornflour
5. ½ tsp Vanilla
6. 1 Egg
7. 1 Yolk
8. 1 ½ Egg White
9. 40g Cream
10. 30g Sugar
Methods:
1. Mix all cream cheese sugar and GoodMorning VPlus 18 Grains cornflour and vanilla.
2. Add 1 egg and 2 egg yolk and cream to the mixer blended together.
3. Mix mixture 1) & 2) then put it into the oven (usually water bath).
4. Turn to 270 degree and bake for 45 minutes.
