Tips to stay young :

1. Healthy Lifestyle

  • Regular meal time every day
  • Physically active at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week (150 minutes a week) eg: jogging cycling gardening swimming.
  • Adequate of sleep around 7-8 hours a day.

2. Balance Diet
