Ms. Queenie Soo, our Senior Dealer of only three months has demonstrated her ability to grow her business tremendously and achieving top sales for month of March 2012 at GoodMorning Global®.

Where does her motivation come from? Was it from her family? Was it a mentor? Or was it from the products of GoodMorning Global®?


Background

Ms. Soo was beauty conscious from an early age and her greatest dream was to have her very own beauty salon to share the art of beauty with everybody, and she did went through with her dream and set up her own beauty salon by renting a shop lot with a friend. However, it was not a bed of roses as she had a roller-coaster ride of a time and was eventually forced to shut down. Today, she finally has her own beauty salon. This is her dedication towards the pursuit of beauty.

For Queenie, persistence and hard work is not enough. Factors such as family support, and faithful supporters are just as important.

Ms. Angel Lew is Ms.Queenie Soo’s mentor, supporter, and immediate dealer, and was the one who introduced Ms. Soo to GoodMorning Global®. Ms. Angel Lew’s past was not much different to that of Ms. Soo’s. Ms. Lew was also once the owner of a beauty salon and Ms. Soo was one of her tenants back then. After years of struggle with the beauty salon, facing stiff competition from the same industry, it was indeed a big challenge to survive.

However, Ms. Lew was never selfish in sharing knowledge and was always immaculate in teaching. Two years ago, Ms. Lew learnt that Ms. Soo was having some bowel problems, and instinctively offered her to try GoodMorning Global® Cleanse which finally solved her problem of her poor bowel movements. “Refusing Opportunity”

Ms. Soo See Mee believes that her biggest driving force is he husband. Her husband is more knowledgeable, wiser, and more experienced than she is, so it is difficult to obtain his recognition and support. Since witnessing how GoodMorning Global® has changed her life around, he now attends the meetings organized by GoodMorning Global® despite his tight schedule. He has even introduced a new friend into becoming a member. This initiative served as an encouragement to Ms. Soo. She was moved and is now more convinced that she made the right choice. Jess Lim, Top Sales Record Holder for February 2012


Background

Jess Lim is a single mother who went over to Singapore to earn a living. Pressure in life has always been inevitable, and over the years, it has accumulated without her knowing. The thought of going back to Malaysia has always haunted her.

Jess Lim was from the entertainment industry before she joined GoodMorning Global®. Her colleagues and partners from the entertainment industry always kept a close watch on her. As a single mother, she had to step up of playing both roles as father and mother. Her teenage son was also especially troublesome. This led her to believe that medications prescribed by doctors will give her the peaceful rest she needs.

Depression

After time, drugs began losing their effects on her. Under heavy pressure, she has become somebody who is neither human nor “ghost”. Every time she goes to bed, she sleeps for more than ten hours. Finally, the drugs have no effect at all on her. She wants to sleep even when she has woken up.

One day, Jess fell unconscious and ended up in the hospital.

Everyone tried to wake Jess up but she was frozen stiff. Her child was crying while calling her name and talking to her. She was conscious; she could hear them, and was able to feel emotional, but tears would not flow, her eyes would not open, and her mouth would not speak. Jess was uncertain about her situation. Was she dead, or was she in deep sleep?

For three days, flashbacks of her colleagues, family, and life began to appear in her head, yet her body was unable to move. Jess was frustrated, yet there was nothing she could do about it.

Two nights later, much to everyone’s relief, Jess woke finally woke up.

After the ordeal, Jess realised that the problem she had was serious, and she had been unknowingly suffering from depression. She felt very fortunate to be able to get her life back. Her son has also matured overnight following the horrific three days, and their mother and child relationship has vastly improved.

One day, when Jess went back home to her hometown in Kluang, Johor, her younger brother, Dr. Lim Sin Boon (who has just started GoodMorning Global®, noticed that her face had some unknown growths. He then gave her some of his products. Jess was very much against the direct selling business model; hence, she left those products in her store room the moment she got home.


Recovery

One day, Jess’s face began to feel painful and dry. She noticed the GoodMorning shaker on her table and she recalled how her brother has earnestly asked her to try his products. “Since he had good intentions, then why not give it a try then?” she thought. A phone call to Dr. Lim Sin Boon soon followed.

God let Jess take a break from her life for three days, which gave her the opportunity to start afresh, gain a new perspective, and had big returns. Her son also matured at an early age, to which she felt her sacrifices were worth it. All in all, Jess was able to appreciate every second of every day.

Introduction


34 year-old Angel Lew is  our record holder for highest sales figure in a single month. On March 2010, she hit RM 150,000, a record figure that has remained unbroken ever since. Her peers and family were left flabbergasted - in awe of her achievement. In 2010, she attained top sales for the entire year of RM 400,000. Surely, there is a secret to her success. In this article, she will disclose her success story, and her formula in doing so.


Background

Ms. Angel Lew grew up in a family that had just enough to get by with six other siblings. As a young girl, Angel has always been compelled to step out and start earning money to help ease the financial burden her parents had to bear. At that time, she felt that too much time was being spent in studying when it could be used earn money.

Angel was not your average student; she was a bright student who happened to be fed information she was not interested in and knew would not benefit her. At the age of 13, she dropped out of school and started working. It was very difficult to look for her job at her age as nobody wanted to hire somebody so young. Eventually, after some further searching and persuasion, she got herself a job.

Her very first job was being a shoemaker. It was a tough job where she had to mend shoes by gluing them together for long hours. After a year, she was promoted to a seamstress keeping in mind all these while, she was a teenager. It was during the when she finally understood the difficulty and challenge of earning enough to keep oneself alive.

As the job demanded heavy physical work, she decided to move on to a gentler job - a hairstylist, but one does not simply become a hairstylist the moment they want to. Angel started out by being an apprentice. Her purpose was to learn on the job. In exchange of knowledge, she does the odd jobs done around the salon such has washing the hair of customers. Daily contact with shampoo caused the skin on her hands to be dry and rough. She earned a meagre sum of RM 200 to RM 300 per month which was hardly enough for herself.

Angel decided that she will not settle of this sum and went on to Singapore to work. No doubt Singapore had better paying jobs but the living expenses was just as high. As Angel worked there, she noticed that there was potential for cosmetics. Being in the hairstyling industry where collaborations with cosmetics company were common, Angel was quite familiar with cosmetics. After much consideration, she went ahead and became her own boss.

Angel went in business for one year and eventually owned a spa. She was doing quite well for a while and was happy. Just as things were starting to look up, her business took a turn for the worse. In her seven years of operating a spa, she has made a total loss of RM 500,000. Consequently, she pumped in RM 100,000 in excess for renovations in hope of attracting more customers. In addition to her spa, her business now includes facilities such a hair and leg salon, and a refreshing new look.


Contact with GoodMorning Global

As desperation crept in, Angel started sourcing for products that were good to share with people around her. While attending a meeting in her previous company, James Pang, her fellow franchisee introduced GoodMorning Global to her. This was her very first contact with GoodMorning Global. James Pang had also only recently took up the distributorship of GoodMorning Global and wished to share the benefits of being a dealer.

GoodMorning Global was a very young company of less than a year old then, and although both initially were unconfident of the reception of these new products in the health food market, they decided to give it a shot anyway out of desperation.

GoodMorning Global's mission was to break tradition, to stabilise your finance, and result in you having a breakthrough in your career. Angel Lew chose GoodMorning Global because it caters to everyone from all walks of life. There are products for people of all ages, gender, and tailored to their specific needs.

This is also Angel Lew's "Blue Ocean Strategy". In other words, her strategy to leave an industry where it has become difficult to make money out of. The fact that GoodMorning Global is a new pioneer company gives her the opportunity to expand and provide a challenging environment. Angel firmly believes that GoodMorning Global's products works and will show results..

Upon her agreement to join GoodMorning Global as a dealer, she told herself that she must come for classes as knowledge is the best investment and should be a successful salesperson's attitude. She also made sure to have a shop unit that displays the GoodMorning Global signboard.

Angel says, "Selling a product equals to selling yourself - you have to be reliable and you have to be resourceful by doing your own research so as to enrich your knowledge."

She added "GoodMorning Global's must flow within our blood. It would be impossible to be good at your work when you are not dedicated."


The beginning of a beautiful journey

It has been quite miraculous ever since Angel started selling GoodMorning Global products. Our flagship product, Cleanse, is so effective such that people who were never interested in these products chased after Angel to the point she ran out of stock. This goes to show that a good product goes a long way, and it has proven that GoodMorning Cleanse is a good product.

To Angel, you know you are successful when happy customers come back for more. The product is so good that she was able to buy RM 40,000 worth of products, and sell it all off in one event when it would take others weeks or even months to sell the same amount.

When she attained the achievement of having the top sales record holder, she knew that she did not do her best. She could do better. She told herself that if she wanted to be more successful, she had to create more events such as road-shows.

Eventually, as she GoodMorning took up more of her time, she had to let go of her spa. It was a very difficult and painful experience because the spa was her blood, sweat, and tears. She was afraid that further dabbling in the spa would "limit my [her] growth". When a company does not grow within five years of being pioneered, it will lag behind the others.
In closing, Angel has a few words to share with budding new dealers and individuals who are still unsure of being in the same business. "We all know how to succeed and we look for the opportunity to do so, but when the opportunity comes knocking at your door, are you ready for it? Do you know how to react to it?"


Secrets to her success

She asked, "Are you limiting yourself? Are you willing to go the distance and take the risk?" and an important reminder that "We have to push forward and keep our focus on it.".
In order to close all RM 150,000 of sales of that month, Angel shares with us the methods in and the attitude in doing so.

1. Use what the company taught.

2. Do not whine.

3. Support all company decisions. People will trust you and benefits will be given to you.

4. Never sell any products, but bring the attitude of sincerity in helping people.

Q: What does health mean to you?

A: It has always been very important for me that one must take care of one’s health so that the body, that God gave to each one of us, is maintained in a healthy and alert position, to serve its purpose in order that we enjoy a good life.

Q: What was it about GoodMorning that  made you join in the first place?

A: I have always been interested in health food and supplements from the age of 22, and when GoodMorning was introduced to me, I found it to be a very good natural product line which serves its purpose at an affordable price, and also as a good and healthy business opportunity.

Q: How has GoodMorning changed your life in terms of business and health?

A: GoodMorning products has improved my health. Even though I am healthy, the products serve to keep myself healthy. As the products have specific purposes for specific needs, and suitable for people of all ages and needs, it is very viable for   business.

Q: How are you different from before?

A: Generally, I feel more alert and active than before I went on GoodMorning products.

Top Recruiter of December 2011, Mr. James Pang


James Pang, aged 58, is our top recruiter for the month of December 2012. He is a father of three children aged between 23 and 30. He resides in Johor Bahru, the southern town of the state of Johor. He is the main distributor of GoodMorning Global in Johor and have been happily doing so for the past two years.
 

He is affectionately known as Uncle Pang. This is because his he has been in the carpet and curtain industry for over thirty years, while his wife is in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Over the years, they have built many connections and are respected by their peers.


In the middle of 2009, Uncle Pang got to know Dr. Lim Sin Boon, CEO of GoodMorning Global. On first impressions, Dr. Lim seemed like a very bright and passionate leader, and proved his competence with his past track records by being the proud holder of several records when he was with his insurance agency.

Dr. Lim had very good ideas, visions, and expectations. This was the first thing that attracted Uncle Pang to GoodMorning Global. The second thing was that GoodMorning Global's products are made with formula from the United States and Japan. The quality of the product gave confidence to Uncle Pang.

Uncle Pang noticed two things; namely, GoodMorning products speaks with results. The price is within reach for many, and is suitable for entrepreneurs and investors. Secondly, GoodMorning Global's investment is relatively less than other companies and is well-governed, unlike some of his past investments and failed multi-level marketing businesses. Uncle Pang immediately decided to become a senior dealer and used his shop unit to start selling GoodMorning Global products.

By doing so, more than a dozen signed up as Senior Dealers and many more as smaller agents. Making RM20,000 to 30,000 in the first month for a brand new store is definitely a positive result.

Uncle Pang believes that he was able to achieve these results due to a simplicity of operation. As long as the method of "being charitable every day", people will know about GoodMorning Global. Businesses have the opportunity to create for themselves the ideal world. Having operated a traditional business for many years, Uncle Pang knows how to make it big.
